| We at the Ohio Buckeye GPAA chapter have been preparing our schedule for the 2009 season and our secretary is busily getting our mailing list together. We have well over 800 names on our list and would definitely like to reduce the size of that mailing. This is where you can help; The more folks who elect to receive our schedule electronically, the less printing costs and stamps we will have to buy . Entries to this contest were accepted from Nov.14, 2008 through Dec.15, 2008 The random drawing will be held Jan.7, 2009 when the winner's status for the GPAA members bonus will also be verified to receive the bonus flakes and fines. |

An Update...everyone was so excited about the contest that the
drawing was held December 29th. Congratulations to Skip Edwards.
Unfortunately, Skip is not a GPAA member so he will receive the
nugget but not the bonus flakes and fines which will become the
number one or two draw at the common dig during our June Fossick.
Thanks to all who opted out of our postal mailing, we saved nearly a
hundred bucks in postage and printing costs, money that will go a
long way to help us maintain the chapter at the level our members
expect and deserve.
