"Our aluminum sluices also have
raised expanded aluminum not steel
so you can run a magnet down it
without magnetizing your riffles or
your expanded metal. We have
designed these sluice boxes for slow
moving water and fine gold. The 40" is
easy to set up because it has the 19"
flair with the 7" flume, you can get
more water flow with slower moving
water. Our 24" sluice is great for
packing and fits into a bucket"
